New car, and first problem......single clicking noise

Possibly the charcoal canister purging the vapors to the manifold? But I dont think youd feel that through the pedals...
Not the A/C compressor engaging right?
I dont know any other click type noises than that...Just listen and put your hands on different parts of the engine bay until you find it

pcv valve. no egr valve. at low rpms and idle conditions there is an pcv valve solenoid to help purge cankcase. by keeping crank case hotter it helps to reduce nox emissions. most modern dohc and sohc hemi chamber engines dont have an egr because of the longer valve overlap. so in other words that click is fine
friend had a similar problem with his mkIII.....it turned out to be a exhaust gasket. as you accerlate does the clicking get more noticable?
I keep thinking it has to be something with the cruise control if you can feel it, Try disconnecting the cable to the cruise control actuator at the pedal or throttle body (not sure where yours connects) and see if it still does it.
