Default How to shave a 95 Civic

I am wondering how you shave the side moldings and the drains on the top of a civic. I would like to shave these things but i am not sure how. Any info would be appreciated. Thanks. Allen.

the easy/ semi-hackjob way would be to fill it. All Metal filler is a durable filler that would probably last the life of the car. The more professional way would be to cut a piece of metal to bridge the gap and either weld it or use a metal bond adhesive...fusor, 3m, duramix, and then fill the cavity with an anti-flutter foam (same thing that fills your pillars). you also have to account for blending the paint into your roof and down into your pillars. It would also be a major inconvenience to repair the roof if it was ever damaged.
