You will want to increase positive caster. To do this you will want to pull the LCA's towards the front of the car.

You want the opposite-the wheel pulled forward=more positive caster. It might not hurt to have it done on an alignment rack; that's what I do anyway.

seems weird.. when i bought the traction bars used they were expended almost all the way which made me think they need to push the wheel back..

here is a pic i got from full-race.com

in that picture it looks like the bars are extended.. i dont have that much room for adjustment on my car..

the traction bars almost fit on perfect and there isnt much room for adjustment.. a friend of mine just did the alignment on the car when i installed the new suspension and brakes, could it just be that the caster is already positive?

im gonna call my friend and have him do the alignment agian and adjust these bars if he can..

*edit*
or could that pic be of an integra? and that is why there is more room for adjustment because the frontend is a little longer? if it even it im not sure.. i just need to get these on and working correctly so i can race next weekend and im gonna beout of town half this coming week.

You want as much positive caster as possible. To do that the lower ball joint must have a foward tilt from the vertical line of the wheel.
