I just got a new camera Kodak DX7440, and took pics of my friends 91' 240sx.

The trunk is primered because there was a small wing on it and we decided to take it off. When we took it off, there was all this rust and holes in the trunk so we sanded the trunk, filled the holes with fiberglass, then bondo, sanded again, and hopefully next week we'll paint it

Is it just me or is the car lookin kinda sleepy

 

I never understood why people like their headlights like that. It looks like they're broken and wont go all the way down. Is it supposed to be some cool JDM thing?

i heard it was to feed more air down into the intercooler/radiator area

Yeah my friend Dave (Silent Dave here on H-t) has a 91 240 with tein type HE driftspec coilovers, lazy eyes and 180sx type x seats, a R33 clip on the way, an exhaust on the way, and a couple big turbos just chilling around and we still dont think thats special enough for a thousand pics here on H-T

 

woopie.. a stock 240sx. I can find better pictures on ebay.

The function of the sleepy eye is to pull more air into the engine bay.


People that do sleepy-eye to MR2 does it for looks.

 

I see you got your JDM trunk installed....i'm still waiting for my knock off trunk to come from thailand.

I also just installed my sleepy eyes on my civic. It's tite.

i wouldn't call a car with a primered trunk nice and clean. and i no all of honda tech wants to see an old stock 240

Its a nice car, and its a nice start. Do you have any future plans for her?

Again really nice start man. Thats the way I wish I would've went is 240sx instead of honda... So much more potential even with the K Series engine it comes with.
