i just got back and it was one longggg day. There were more oildowns than i've ever seen. Delay after delay. Most people only got 2-3 passes in over nearly 6 hours! Steve pulled a 10.0X, cunha broke on his 2nd pass. A white hatch ran 9.89, not sure who it was. C&M's jetta ran a 9.79. Right before 2nd round of heads up some decided to do a 1/4 mile oil leak which prob shut the track down for an hour. I left right after that. The conditions were great at that time time... cool air, low humidity and track was hooking pretty well. I have a feeling some big numbers are gonna get thrown down once they are up and running.

Today was a mess. People really need to learn to stay off the track if there **** is "broke". So many oil spills and nobody knows how to pull over to the side. I think cuhna would of def broke a 9 today cause the track hooked so hard for him that he broke his tranny.

Brian XXX won class B, Bleep took all motor class H 11.89 @ 113. That's all that I know - I didn't catch the other classes . It was perfect weather, especially when the wind died down during first round. The oil spills definetly sucked.

Steve locket ran a 9.89 brian won class b over steve who broke an axle before staging. Bleep won class H all motor. Bean from turbotrix took the class e win. The white hatch that went 9.89 was Felix Medina aka Gato. Cunha broke something in the trans on his second pass. The track was prepped pretty good but oil down sucked all day. Congrats to the winners good to see everyone again see you next season.

BTW Congrats Jay on the new best in the coupe.

Hey thanks man, wish it was an 11.50

Congrats to all the winners today too!
The sickest thing I saw today was when Cunha jacked up his car and the dollies were stuck to the tires! I wish I got a pic of that..

One thing is for sure, if you're planning on running in class B head's up - make sure you also are planning on running 10's

What a long day... But a fun day, and a good way to end the season (sort of)

The two Speedclinic cars did Well until succuming to motor woes..

John (jerseykid609) ran 10.92@135... Had a great 60ft on last run, but car shut down in 3rd

Terry (incognito) had an engine failure with my motor, leaving a hole the size of Rhode island in the block.. However, he did run 11.1@127 on 17psi wth a crap 60ft first time out..

Alot of great runs tho.. MPoz went 141mph....Steve got his 9.8..... Felix/Hector got their 9.8... Cunha would have ran 9's, but he had a tranny problem and had to pack up.

Steve Vs Felix in the semi's was a GREAT side by side race

Yeah I know, mike hasn't had enough seat time in the car. Now we know the car could hang. Mike just has to race it more. Ok RON?

Oh yeah bleep did win! My bad just after almost 12 hours of being at the track your mind tends to shut down...

no i dont think they raced, just argued alot.

congrats to everyone with their new personal best numbers and to the winners.

I hope to get a few more races in before etown closes ... welcome back to my FROG and to wiring woes LOL...

I'm sure we'll still see good turnouts on Weds and Friday nights before the track closes for the season.

It was alot of fun this weekend. ISS events are always good except for all those damn oil downs. Congrats to all the winners and the new members of the 9 second club Nice seeing everyone this weekend as well.

I couldn't be happier with the performance of my car. I learned alot. I hope its the sign of good things to come for next season. FINALLY, things are starting to come together... LOL
