turbo help

what would be a good turbo for my 1990 honda accord stock f22a1 thanks to all that help

Maybe something like a T25 that will spool pretty fast, but won't allow for a lot of boost. I really suggest you goto the Forced Induction forum, you'll have many more responses there.
