Default Scraches on fairings, good filler?

I bought my bike a while back, and the previous owner took a slight dive on it. It left some pretty deep scratches in the fairings.

Its fall/winter time now, and i wont be able to ride until next summer, so i stripped her down and started sanding away. Some of the scratches come out just by sanding (using 320 gritt, will work my way slowly up to 1500, then a peice of paper) But, some, the deeper scratches, wont come out.

Besides bondo, or filler primer spray, what is something good to use on plastic as filler?

After all the scratches have been filled or removed, its off to the paint shop to get it re-sprayed black. I also might put the OEM decals and Honda Wings back on.

Sounds funny but I have used JB Weld on scratches and tears on plastic fairings. It's like a putty. Aplly it to the scratch and smooth it out. When it dries, it is harder than the plastic and no one can tell it ever broke or got scratched!
