Default ef cold air intake intallation

I apolo9ize for such stupid question, but how do most people secure the filter end of their cold air intake so that it doesn't flop around? I used to have a st/stl metal strap connect the filter to the car, but I was just changing my oil yesterday, and noticed my air filter was busted off!! The metal cap came unglued from the filter element. What am I doing something wrong?

I don't mean to hold the sections of tube together. I'm saying how do I secure the whole thing to the car at the bottom end so that it doesn't flop around everywhere?

i was kinda wondering the same thing actually.. if i were you tho, i'd probably try to rig something up with a piece of metal strapping maybe so that its secure down there.. just the idea of my intake swinging around there doesnt make me too happy
although i just got the short ram instead.. so i dont have to worry about it now.. lol
