Default Please help!!! car won't start!!!!!

Today when I got in to my 99 civic, I kicked something under the steering wheel. Suddenly I heard two pi sound and my alarm light start to blink. what's wierd is that my alarm never works, I never seen the light blink after I bought from the pre owner.
I tried to disconnect the bettery but no use. It looks like I didnt push the clutch padel but I did.

Please help guys. I am having a long trip tomorrow. please.

Well, if you have an alarm in there, chances are you kicked something and it connected to power or ground again. Your starter kill is probably engauged. What you wanna do is take down the bottom of the dash and look at the wires. There will probly be two main harnesses with 16ga wire running to where your key goes on the column. Look for the ghetto rigged taped section running off of that to a relay. Two of those wires on that relay run to your starter wire. Figure out which wires those are and reconnect them. OR you could just cut power to that relay. Find the alarm box and take the harness out. And get that alarm removed.

Oh I almost forgot.. yoy have a 99 so you also have a transponder I think.. (chip in the key). If this is your problem it may be a lot more complicated. Does the car crank and not start? Or just not even start at all..?
