engine compression question?

does anyone know what the recomended engine compression is for a d15b2?

185 psi is nominal

well i was gonna do a compression test and i wanted to know what the reccomended psi is coth cold and warm

ive always heard to do the test while the motor was warm, thats how I always do mine.
