Ok. i have a 93 dx hb. stock engine no mods on it. 157k miles. i have a bad crankshaft seal which needs to be changed but i dont think that is affecting my idle. heres wat happens. when i turn on my car and idle my car revs on its own. since i dont have a tach i dont kno how high it revs for sure but im guessin around 3500. At first my step dad and i thought it was the O2 sensor but we figured out it wasnt that. then we thought it myte be a disconnected vaccum hose but we checked all those and that wasnt it. i dont have the money to just take it in right now so any help on wat u think it could be would be GREAT. plz help. thnx

hey, thnx soooooooooooooo much. u dont understand how much that helped. lol. my car's idle use to surge even when it was warm and now it just purrrrsss. love it.
