2000 Accord EX check light

Hey guys my check engine light came on at exactly 60k, Dealer said I may need a new computer. Others said it was programmed to come on at 60k for emmissions?? Car runs great I had them just reset, tell me if this is true and also what Maint would make the 4cyl ulv better

Are you sure it's not just Maintenance light not Check Engine light? I'm pretty sure ECUs aren't programmed to go out at exactly 60k. The dealer is stroking you.

Yes it was the Check engine not the maintance
