Hey guys i tried Searching but i'm kinda lost....

Alright.. Well here's my dilema... I have a 90 Crx SI (D16A6) and my buddy of mine wants to buy my motor off of me. He has a 87 Crx SI 1st Gen right? Well.... for him to have the motor up and running in his Car what does he need?? And Is there anyone Selling parts for this swap?

Oh I also Plan on doing a Mini-me So whatever i can give to him that i won't need for my Rex please say so. Thank you.

search for D16 in 1st gen I bet theres something in the archive or a how-to on google.
I'm thinking you need a mount kit.. i don't believe the D16 will directly fit in his 87, and he'll need your ECU and all the stuff attached to the engine. He should make his own wiring harness, if he doesnt know wiring he better start reading up on it. But there are a few people on here that will make a harness for him for 200$. Make him pay about $400 for the complete swap

 

Well He Said he has about some moeny to Spend.... What about getting a D16A1?? I'm very unfamiliar with this motor. Cause i really need to get a pr3 Ecu so i can run my Mini Me. I was just gonna look for another Block and buy a pr3 but i need Money.
