Upgrade Engineering = Profab Designs = Tim Hastings
Back when Tim used to run Upgrade Engineering there was a flood of H-T'ers who were posting about getting scammed. Since Tim filed bankruptcy and closed Upgrade he has reopened under a new name called Profab Designs just a stone throw away from where Upgrade used to be.
When I first learned of this I rolled my eyes in disbelief at the possibility of Tim scamming again just under a new name. I figured someone would post something of this nature up sooner or later, but it seems most of the locals here don't care or are afraid to speak out against him. And I just did a search and found two more people allegedly scammed by Profab. arrghh....I was too late....
Let this post serve as a notice and reminder to those still looking to resolve their disputes with Tim and have not been able to find him
or who may be considering doing business with him in the future.

I'm glad I searched on here before buying their stuff. They are right down the street from me and I was going to buy their mounts and block guard.

You could call and find out...
its the second one since last I heard he was on Lambert. He could've moved to the other location though. Doesnt really matter since if you Mapquest its only a few miles from each other.

this guy says to ignore the **** i hear on honda tech. this guy claims my parts are on the way. yet he refuses to give me a tracking number. now he wont even respond to my emails.
his paypal account is listed under Erica Hastings - she'll receive a paypal complaint shortly. eBay will have negative feedback and a complaint registered just as soon as i get home this weekend.
Does anyone want to set up a meet at this guys shop? i'll drive the 400 miles for this ****.

Considering the negative responses this guy generates I don't think you'll have a problem getting some peeps together. Redemption day is way over due for Tim IMHO.
Erica Hastings must be his wife. I heard some BS about him getting married but I thought those were just more excuses for people not getting their parts.

sheit - i just want my axles, or my money back. this guy wont reply to emails, so maybe he'll give better answers as to where the products or refunds are when a few angry customers are there in person.
