how much would you pay for genuine ek9 taillights?

100 bucks or so. That's what the red/clear 99-00 hatch tails go for (last time I checked) and all the EK9 tails are is the 99-00 hatch tails with no reflector.

This JDM thing has gotten completely out of hand.

EK9 isn't only 99-00. They were started in 97, so a number will have 96-98 lights (with the orange bits).

You all need chassis code lessons.

i was thinkin about getting the cheap red/clear ek taillights off ebay but i've heard that water will get into it and it cracks, and etc. what do u guys think

it says in your sig that you own a 2000 CX,...umm what happened to your stock taillights? those are red and clear,..hmm a reformed ricer perhaps? did you get altezzas and sold your stockers and now you want them back?

ahh i gotcha,..anyways,..you could go with the ebay 99-00 knockoffs,..but i would holdoff till you locate a set of stock 99-00 tails,..i found both sets for both my hatchbacks local,..found a couple guys who had altezzas and offered them 50 bucks a set and they went for it

those aftermarket tail lights doesn't look as nice as the OEM ones. the red dye is lighter on the aftermarket. i'd wait for the oem ones
