theres a guy on here with Itr 4x114 on his crx. so it is possible!
his car has an siR frontend painted suzuka blue with amber[yellow] fogs and he recently got the white itr 4x114 wheels. sick car to the owner and props!

there is no 4 lug CTR suspension, only the 96 ITR had the 4 lugs, all other type Rs were 5 lug.
its possible to do, but wont be a exact bolt on replacement.
