Well that depends on what you're building it for.

what are you going for? if NA toda should be perfect but very pricey..must get tuned and such. If boost, get lower compression pistons and other internal mods

Toda's good, but if ya got the money Spoon is a really good alternative, as well as Mugen.

Why? Do you know anything about any of the companies before you spout off with this horseshit?

ummm hello, its like a fact of life, when you first get into hondas, all you know is Mugen and Spoon. But like that other guy said, skunk 2 has some good ****, maybe even look into some AEBS stuff if your hardcore serious about building your engine.

When you first get to school you don't know that much either. It surely doesn't mean you should suggest things to people without knowing what the hell they're really good for.

I know, I wasnt harassing you, just poking fun that every, I hate to use the word, but n00b just thinks that spoon and mugen **** is out of this world. Dont get me wrong, they can make some good stuff, but for the money you would spend, I think theres much better out there.

i recently heard of these really nice camshafts..they are called Cat cams they make decent power...my friend said he has a dyno sheet of them on a stock ITR motor and it made a 18hp increase with the Stage 2 Cat cams with stock retainers and everything..I believe he said they were 600 for the pair..i havent heard anything bad about them yet..their website is http://www.catcams.be

good luck
