Idle raises when i tap the gas?

Default Idle raises when i tap the gas?

i have no clue why. i checked all the vaccum lines in the brake system and when i hit the brakes the idle raises from 900 to 1600 RPM's.. anyone know why?

Every car will do it if you pump the brakes at idle. Think about it. The brake booster is tied directly to the intake manifold and the change in pressure on the brakes would affect the idle as well.

This is true. It does it on my car as well, it is very pronounced in the morning when the idle is high because the car is warming up.
