95 rear brake conversion

95 rear brake conversion
I have a 95 accord sedan...The rear brakes are drums...I would like to convert the rear drums to disk.
Can anyone let me know how to go about doing this. I was thinking of getting the assembly from a junk yard maybe??? Would I be able to bolt this directly on after removing the drum????
Any help would be appreciated......
