engine swap problems
i recently got any engine swap put in my 93 honda accord the factory engine was a f22b1 and the engine that i put in there is out of a 95 honda accord the f22b2 motor i believe so the guy that done the swap left the factory wiring harness on there. the complete wiring for the stock engine. here's what it is doing it idles up and down and the v-tech don't engage and it runs rich i was just woundering if there is anything sudjections on what i should do???

well, if you got your codes right, it sounds like he swapped out the VTEC motor for the non-VTEC motor; F22B1 for an F22B2. that would explain your lack of VTEC.
and the idle is usually because of a vacuum leak somewhere.
take that sucker back and set him straight.
