i was wondering what i need to do to reset the airbags for my 96 Honda Civic hatch.

I got the airbags and i know how to reset the srs...
i stick the airbags in.....
When i try to reset the srs...srs light still pops up...

I think i mite have a default passenger side airbag...
so i think that might be the case...or am i wrong?

Is there anything else i need to replace or do? besides replacing the airbag and resetting...?

or anyone know a site or link that would help me out...

Yes, the SRS light stores codes, just like every other light that comes on. Short the service check connector and count the flashes, or pull the code from the diagnostic port.

I've never replaced deployed airbags, we let the body shops do that.
