Default y8 Gasket VS z6

I already know that a y8 gasket is the thinest of the SOHC, but is it a direct swap to a z6 head?

If it is, wouldnt this be cheap easy way to pull .6 compression out of a z6?

Anyone do this, are there clearence issues?

P.S. Yes Ive searched
