HI guys,
thinking of having my Jdm ITR rims powdercoated. Now is it true that having them baked again weakens the rims?? and makes them more brittle??
any info you guys can provide is much appreciated thanks

Powdercoat is typically done at 500 deg F or less, which is much lower than the temperature at which Al is heat treated (annealed or aged). You shouldn't have any residual effects.
