I doubt they would leave the game... as pomona showed the growth of the industry may be on the upswing again... i hope thay are just looking for a new driver....

 

Did I misread this? I thought it said that Lisa and Saturn have parted ways and she is looking for a new sponsor for 2005, which will hopefully be in a pro rwd car.

I see that she wants to go pro rwd, I just didn't see the confirmed part?

Nahhhh element of suprise is good, most likely a press release is going to happen.

 

There was a lot of talk when I was in Jersey about a couple of teams doing a second car and really wanting to but a female behind the wheel. I can say that you don't have to look far out of the top 5 to know who is on the list of adding another car.

 

I got the call on this one a couple of days ago, but kept it to myself.. From what we talked about, doesn't sound like the Saturn team will be back. But you never know. I wish her and Gary the best of luck, no matter where their paths take them..

 

that is really too bad, the car has a lot left in it. If they don't race, I wonder if they will sell it.

It is confirmed that she is headed that way.... not confirmed that she has a ride yet...

 

I can't see her leaving without another plan. SEMA will probably disclose this.

Maybe she'll pilot that undercover fully backed Honda PRORWD car next year. That car has been under raps soooooooooo long.

So now saturn will have 3 idle race cars...

the old all motor car, the never finished hot rod car, and now the pro fwd car...

good way to spend money.. build race cars and dont race them...
