Suspension Techniques Speedtech Sway Bar Integra DC4
Can any1 tell if this setup is a easy 2 install setup for the 94 Integra LS DC4? What comes with this setup (sway bar and Lower Tie Bar)? Does it come with everything in the picture? Does it require any drilling?

cause 1 guy on TI said u have 2 drill and 1 guy said u dont have 2 drill so i just wanna double check
