get a new bumper with the grill not cut out, get an OEM, get an OEM SIR lip, then lose the eyelids and drop it some more

I say paint the lip and sideskirts, take off the eye lids, and ditch the wing. I'd look real good

 

what do i use to cover the hole of the wings. i wanted to take it off but dont' know what to use to cover the hole man. thanks

metal, weld the holes, if you cant do it take it to a body shop and let them do it, and if you are gonna keep that lip, tell them to paint that and your side skirts too

Temperary solution for wing removal is electrical tape. You can get them in all colors to match your car. It won't come off in the rain or leak at all, I had it on my '98 with the same spoiler. Works well until you get get it taken care of professionally or get a flush mount.
