Model Number : MR-SSH-AI98GSR
Megan racing headers are made with T-304 stainless steel, Mandrel bent tubing, CNC Machined Flanges. Each set is tested and dynoed to make sure the fitment and performance meet our goal. Each header comes with 1 year warranty.
Spec:
- 4-1 1 piece JDM Style design
- 2.5" outlet
- T-304 Stainless Stee with Polish finish
- Direct bolt on, gain much performance
- Selling price : $269.95</TD></TR></TABLE>
As others have said though, I would inquire with the company first to double-check, because the quote above states "direct bolt on", which a 2.5" collector JDM-length header is not.

thanks guys, also what is the diff. between the 94-97 gsr header and the 98-01 because it just looks the same in the picture i know the 98+ is obd2 but in the pic it still has the bung in both it looks like it comes with a bolt to put in the bun if it was obd1. anyone know???
Well, if the header is indeed "JDM-style" as advertised, then there really shouldn't be any difference between the two models, since the length for JDM headers is basically fixed. However, if it is "direct bolt-on" (which they contradictively also state), then a '94-'99 GS-R header would be a different length than a '00-'01 version. I'm not really sure why they would split up the years the way you mentioned (i.e., '94-'97 and '98-'01) because this wouldn't be accurate from an OBD1 to OBD2 standpoint nor from the length standpoint I mentioned above. From the information provided on the company's website, it seems as though there is some confusion and inaccuracy there.
