Default DPFI Problems

I have a 91' STD model and just the other day I started throwing code for injector and speed sensor. not sure what to do bout the problems cuz both the injectors work fine and the speed sensor is fine. but i was also curious if i put a 5spd tranny in, do i have to change the clutch? i dont think i do.

Now when i give it gas or am constantly on the gas, it is fine, both injectors are going. There is no loss of power. But if I just got on it pretty good then when I stop its as if only one injector is barely keeping the car running.
