Find the EGR valve in this picture please.

The car is a '97 Civic 1.6L VTEC.
P0401 is being thrown and I am trying to find the EGR Valve for my friend in D.C., to see if it's something she can do herself. It's surging badly at idle. Sorry, these are the best pictures she sent me.

the canister looking thing on the passenger side of the fuel rail is the EGR
