i have seen many people post pics, but have not figured out how to do so. can someone tell me how to do that so i can post some pics in the classifieds for a friend?

 

ok get the url for the pic by right clicking in and then clicking preferences. then highlight the url and right click copy. then come on here and do this [img][/img]

just make sure the last img thing comes after the url. i have to space it out or it won't work. you put the url inbetween those

 

i take it to get a url for a pic i need to have my pics on a website? i don't know exactly what a url is. if i right click on my pics, i don't have preferences, i just have properties. what am i missing?

ok, this is what i get when i go into properties and try what you told me to try.

i click on the image button and paste in the name of the file between the two icons, but nothing comes up other than the x. if i paste anything esle in there, i get nothing. what am i doing wrong?

 

make sure you host the picture too. I looked at teh source of you post and you just put "back.jpg" which might mean you just have it on your computer. It will not work that way. You need to upload it to a website, or picture hosting site. Hope this helps.
