by far the best non-motorcycle specefic rain gear on the market, i have a set, and they are incredible, i got a set for my father too, he wears them fishing... i work at a cannondale dealer during the summer, and the jacket is about 200 and the pants are 150, they are good for hiking, riding, biking, or just casual for the jacket... check out your local bike shop, but this material is called "Epic" material... and as you wash is, unlike gore-tex is gets even more waterproof... gore-tex need to be re-applied... the threads in the epic material expand when washed and make it more waterproof, its some wild ****... ill take a pic when i get home this weekend and post...

I was curious about the 'epic' fabric since I had never heard of it, so I did a search on it. Seems like its treated cotton? I found this blurb on a tent site:
"...the Epic fabric, while breathable, is not waterproof. In fact its water-resistance is only 1 pound of hydrostatic pressure on the Suter test. Compare this with 40 pounds for Marmot gore-tex waterproof fabrics and you get the idea. Enough said: 1 lb hydrostatic pressure for Epic makes it a non-competitor"
I found this in M and XL for $72:
