need serious help on smog...
i got a 90 crx si. and i have a sohc zc swap..can i make it pass smog legally in so. california, running my stock pm6 ecu.... i hear people say u can and people say u cant.. what's the real deal here...can anyone tell me???keep in mind i have to go to a test only center...thanks
