Default Converting to electric windows

Hey guys how hard would it be to convert from standard windows to electric....what other ways are there than buying a kit such as autoloc

This past weekend I put power windows in my ef hatch. I used power window motors and racks from an EF 4dr. The holes for the motors were already there so it all just bolted in. Works great and I couldn't be happier. You should see if a power window setup from the same gen car you have will work. It's worth a shot

No the wring(I assume that is what you meant by plug) wasn't in my car so I had to completely wire in the windows. Not too much trouble though. and if there is a car the same model as yours w/power windows you can get their door panels too and not worry abou tthe hole where the crank used to be. Since NO EF hatches in the U.S. came with power windows I am going to have the bottom half of my door panel re-upholstered and have the hole covered up.

i actually am looking into buying an EK so it wont be a problem..i want to convert it to leather to so door panels will be needed anyways.
