Default H-22 into 2000 accord (srs problem)

We sucessfully swapped a jap spec motor kit(94 h-22 with stock p-13 ecu) into a 2000 accord, that had 4 cylinder vtec motor. All works fine but the srs light is on.Even when i sent the car to honda to extract the code ,they were unable to help.without the stock ecu,is that normal?i have scene the wiring diagrams, from the shop manual, and the srs seems to run on its own.Any info would be helpfull!!!!!!

i would say, no, it's definitely not normal. it's possible you damaged the sensors or wiring during swap...
