Need help with exhaust

I recently bidded and won a dc sports cat back exhaust for my 01 Integra Type R. I have a feeling that it isn't going to fit for my car. If someone would please check the link out and let me know if it would fit, I would appreciate it. Thanks.

If it fits an LS it will fit the type R.

If I put a stock USDM ITR catback on my 94 LS w/ex.manifold and cat, will that bolt right up?

Someone told me I need to get a B-series VTEC ex. manifold and cat for it to work because the flanges tilt the opposite way from the ITR and the LS??
