its not assembled because someone just wants to buy the block alone but the set price is for an assembled block and will be assembled by my buddy from Bensons and OverRev

Wow, very good deal, I payed 1900 to have my block assembled, sleeved, and balanced/blueprinted. That was w/o pistons/rods. . .
