BRothers, quick quick question
Will a 99-00 honda civic si LIP fit on a 1996-2000 honda civic ex? And will it fit perfectly or are heavy modifications necessary, thanks brothers

This man speaks the truth. I tried to fit a 99-00 bumper on my 97 and it's not even close. Unless you plan on cutting the lip up and redoing it, there's no way to make it fit.

Honda actually made the Si lip color matched to the lesser 99-00 civics. I've got one on my car, along with painted side skirts:

The front lip looks to be discontinued though, along with the rear.
