Default passenger leak ( rain )

yeah ive searched and found topics, but many said it was due to a/c condensation, or heater core.. its not a/c conden. for me, because i sprayed the car with water and it dripped crazy. Could it be from the sealing under the cowl being cracked?

theres a puddle on my passenger side floor and it makes me sad =[

dripping starts around the orange-ish part ( sorry im nub at this )

drips down to this hose and then onto the floor. it drips fast

that's a pretty good guess. from your info it seems like it is... im guessing the only problem to properly detect the leaking's origin and repair it is by removing the dash, but im pretty sure your right... it looks like it has been leaking for a while, the rust on that "orange" clip tells me so... hehe.. goodluck

i've got the exact same problem. i put some sealant around the seem of the white resevoir thing that uv takn a pic of there. I couldnt seal it all the way around but it has sure reduced the amount of water that comes through. only a couple of drops in a down pour as aposed 2 a couple of buckets full before i did it.

if you solve the problem let me know cos i've sealed around the windscreen, below the windscreen, around the heater ducts and every fuckn little hole i could find pretty much and it still gets in.

hm.. i just looked at it and poured water on it again, and the dripping starts from above the white resevoir and it gets all the wires wet. i might take it to the dealer this weekend even tho imma get raped on prices but i guess its better to pay to get it fixed rather than not, and have to pay to fix interior later on =[
