Alright well I was putting on my new chain/sprockets today and noticed my rear brake pads need to be replaced ASAP. I plan on selling the bike soon and don't want some one having the brakes give out on them. For the mean time before I sell it I still want a pretty good set of pads. What do you guys recommend. I want something that is fairly inexpensive, yet is good for street use. nothing major but nothing to weak. Thanks in advance.

 

What kind of bike you have? Unless you race, stock pads are always good! I rarely use my rear brake anyways!

 

I agree. No point in splurging on expensive rear pads. Unless they're cheaper than the OEM ones...

 

Throw some EBC brake pads in there (if they're cheaper than the stock ones).

 

I have a 01 yamaha yzf600r, how much do oem rear pads usually cost?
