Default New Distributor, T-Belt and Water Pump and Losing power?

I just had a new distirbutor installed on my 91 hatch and it feels like I've lost some power.

I also had my T belt and water pump done. Could it be the timing on the car?

Any Suggestions?

the timing belt is off a tooth or so. for every tooth thats off thats 8 degrees and that will make a hell of a difference on power

sounds like timming, or the timing belt might be off by one tooth and throwing everything off..
