How many have a SOHC crx and what quarter mile times nos. turbo supercharged just need to know dx ex what ever sohc motor you have and what mods you have done to get those times

 

Bone stock, d16a6<if this is the stock engine code> with 165k miles, weighed 2400 with me in it, my 91 Si Hatch went 16.1.

Stock exhaust, stock intake with the tube pulled off the box. That was my ONLY mod.

 

my friend went 15.3 with a 1989 crx si. bone stock the only things he did was gut the cat and take the air filter out, stock clutch and everything. i was amazed when i saw him do it with the stock si motor.

 

14.39@93mph.. Turbo D16a6 in a 89 DX H/B w/ complete stock DX exhaust... Stock motor, retty much stock everything except for the homemade turbo kit. Oh and stripped interior.

I went 14.9 in the quarter on a stock 1991 civic si with nothing striped right off the street , all i had was a clutch masters stage 1 clutch and i drove my friends 89 crx si with same the same clutch and went 14.8 @89mph
it is becasue of the good short gearing in the 4thgen si's
