annoying rattle sound from exhaust
What's a good tool to cut polyurethane on OEM bumpers? My bumper is melted a little and slightly touches my MTL muffler causing the worst rattling sound EVAR (spelled with an A for emphasis). maybe a dremel?

Why don't you adjust the muffler so it's not touching the bumper?
EDIT: and yes, a Dremel would work, but a Sawzall is my weapon of choice in such matters.
