I wanna get my hatch painted but i dont wanna pay out the @ss for it either. Let me see some paint jobs, what they painted and the price, thanks
Here is a crappy pic of my car. The paint job didn't come out all that great, but its good enough for me. I paid 1200 and that included paint.

paid $2000 canadian dollars to have...
- rust completely cut out
- new sheet metal weld
- car completely stripped (rubbers, interior, bumpers, lights, etc)
- car completely sanded
- all primered
- emblems shaved off
- both rear quarter panels mangled from accident knocked out from inside
- new front a rear rebars
- engine bay touched up
- inside of the car painted
- hood painted and clear coated underneath
- stock colour with slight more metalic to the paint
- clear coat sprayed 2 times
- best part of it all was that no cheese was used on the body of the car, and trust me my car was junk when it was brought to the body shop...quarter panels eaten up with rust, huge dents on each side of the car from accident, dents everywhere else, rear bumper held up was held up with zip ties and the thing looked so orignal when it came out of the shop.

no color sand, it has slight orange peel.
I was debating if I want it color sanded or not, it might cut through the paint since it's a single stage.
1100 under the table cash.
I can get two stage paint jobs for about 1400 right now.
If you want some info pm me.

i think i might have one of the best cheapest paint jobs ever.........it pays to have friends who paint cars i payed $350 that was labor and paint and clear.......

there were i think 2 small runs on this car not too bad for $350.....better than spray paint......

1700 for the outside, and the door and trunk jambs, and some minor dents and alot of dings. I took most of the bolt on stuff off the car before I took it there (mirrors, handles, moldings, bumpers, etc). That was about 4 years ago, and that pic was taken this year, so it held up incredibly well, especially for a daily driver during that time. It's currently being painted now, just finishing up, full color change.
