help passing emissions?

Default help passing emissions?

i have a 90 crx si, i have a single cam zc swap. how can i pass smog with it in california? im running a 89 integra ecu. some people say i can pass running the stock pm6 ecu. is that true?? thanks

Define smog? Ref, test only, regular emission smog check? Run a 90 pm6, and you should be fine.

u need to pay some one 150 bucks to smog it if ur in ca , or else u need to swap in a stock sohc, ur car will NEVER pass a visual test with that motor

as for anything special a nice tune up, oil change and filter ..duh!!! and new air filter would do the trick... btw get stock intake if you dont want to pay.. just maybe you get a damn *** smog ref... who dont know **** about hondas...lmao

actually, can't those motors be used and noted as a Japanese replacement motor since they are virtually identicle.

YA... the most you will have to do is use us parts on it such as ecu, and intake mani(not sure if the intake manis are identical or not) Engine has to be as old or newer than the car too.

Yeah dude...sy you better smog that piece of junk. I guess you already got more info here, but i think u should run your pm6, good luck bro! Or trash it like your del sor..haha
