I just went on the site dat you provided. and it said DOHC.

so how is it better?
But some how with the picture it said SOHC. dat is weird.

this from that site

My friend's E-CF4 Accord SiR, light grey in color. The JDM Accord has a quite different design compared to the US-based design that Honda markets for the rest of Asia. While the top of the range for the 'rest of Asia' uses the F20B SOHC-VTEC with 150ps (this engine is also available in the JDM line-up), the top domestic models uses the DOHC F20B, 180ps for auto and a very high 200ps for the manual.

i want to know more about that engine

this is basically all i can find on his moter

F20B SOHC 1997cc SOHC VTEC, 145ps(LEV)/148ps(4WD)/150ps

it came in these cars
F20B SOHC
accord
CF4 LEV
CF4 VTS
CF5 VTS 4WD
torneo
CF4 LEV
CF4 VTS
CF5 VTS 4WD

and thats it

edit,
well i didn't f series moters could be had w/ economy vtec i thought it was a civic hx thing, i found this about this moter

2.0-liter VTEC
The VTEC mechanism in this engine only actuates one of the two intake valves at low-to-medium engine speeds for reduced fuel consumption at everyday driving speeds. At higher engine revolutions, both valves are actuated for added power. This engine is available in the Accord and Toreno in 2.0 VTS and 2.0 VTS 4WD grades
