Is there a site where I can buy everything I need in one package for a B16a engine swap to a 1991 CRX Si?

shift linkage, axles, everything its the complete change over. but you will need some new hubs because the axles will bind in the stock hubs but thats not to expensive.

Please explain why you have to change the hubs
and what to change them to..

I used custom-made axles but most people just remove the seal on the axle
and the metal dust shield on the hub on a Dx or Si model..
[The HF model does require the hub to be changed though..]

only change hubs on HF's.... and most motors from HMotors come with axels that fit fine. (well somewhat)
