lately ive been thinking about switching to liability only, they car is a 94 si gutted, stripped, and only sees about 100 miles a week tops. what is the point of spending the extra money on full cov if they dam thing is only worth a couple g's

im paying 170 a month 24 yrs old and clean record. i think im getting bent over.

I was paying $225 a month and I switched to a local guy and got it down to $170 or so a month. What are your deductables? You could probably have them raised and pay less. Like, for say, $1000 deductable, or something, so if its minor damage, you can get it fixed but if you total it, its not a total loss, you know?

I was having the same dilemma, wether to go to just liability or to keep full coverage when the car gets paid off.

I'm 20 and I pay $131 a month for full coverage. Best part of that is that it just came down from $179 a month.
