Default 88-89 rear end

i have a 91 hatch and wanted to know, will the 88-89 rear bumper just bolt right on or are there any minor modifications that i will have to do to get it to fit?

and one other thing, can someone help me out with how to get the door panels off so that i can get to the little clips on the inside that are holding the side moldings. i'm switching them out with the 88-89 also. i would appreciate it thanks.

I am not sure about the bumper but I think it will swap fine.

As for the door panels your best bet would be to remove the interior panel and get the clips from the back side, thats what I had to do to get them off without breaking them.

Good Luck.

which side molding are you talking about? the very rear ones? before the bumper..

the bumper should be interchangable between the years...
