Team 562 racing hits 11.58 @ 114mph all motor street car status @ NHRA finals
I'm happy to say that it was a great weekend of racing for sure.
We ran nothing but low 11.6x's all day saturday then 11.58's and 11.59's sunday
to make it to the ET1 finals and lose to a bug. all this in all motor street car status with a stock hood and all...with much more potential.
It was about as close as it gets (i'll upload the timeslip pic). 11.53(bug)11.59(us)
we actually were closer to our dial in then him
him but he got us by a hair on the tree. lost by .0159
all in all we ran as consistent as you can get as the car is running strong
as hell... so we very happy.
just wanted to give props out to the zero 4 racing team, todd, the rest of the
jerry built team, jerry, and i can't forget the 562 CERRITOS family for the support.
p.s. be on the look out for us in the all motor street class..
thanks for looking everyone.

we had to change the dial in before the semi's cuz the car was running faster

no runner up trophy but we got some cash so that was cool.
thanks for the props guys....
i've never put the car on the scale but i'm sure it's about 2 grand.
oh and it's not on 91 octane. i'd be interested to see an all motor street
trim car run those times on pump gas... thanks though.

Good job Ryan... You guys were holding it down... Congrats on winning some money.... I think he the guy is talking about me getting kicked out..... Any ways keep up the great times. Hope you guys can come out to bakersfield with us... Its gonna be good times for sure......Lates....
Congrats to team562/team jerry built.Dam that car was hella fast this weekend, you should have asked me to let you barrow my hood for atleast the last pass, maybe that extra less weight could have made a little difference at the end of the track.its all good, 11.58 for an all motor street car is pretty sick. Congrats to David too, dam 11.8 in a non gutted four door, with a stock ls/vtec turbo car is sick.
i also got kicked out, for going 11.9 in my 4 door without a roll cage, thats the fastest i've ever run.
Good stuff.... You and I were in the same boat.... I guess it is time to get a roll cage like Ryan....

can you share the incrementals?
and if its not too much to ask, which gears are you using?
