after i got my engine swap and 5 speed conversion complete by guage cluster has gone complete wild, it cut's on and off and stuff,and finally it doesn't come the only thing that comes on are the lights and the battery symbal, i've tried 3 other dashes and no luck, what should i do

 

Yeah the same with mind, dont know what causes it exactly though.. It works but would sometimes stick from 3k to 4k..

 

A friend of mine has a bone stock 91 accord lx which does the same exact thing.


Sounds like the cluster isn't getting power to the gauges. I would try to find which wire feeds 12v to the gauges and run a separate power line from the ignition wire in the ignition cylinder harness.

 

Please check your speed sensor on the tranny. Make sure its wired up right and its properly connected.
